Hexie Flowers Mini Quilt & Book Giveaway

It's been awhile since I've made a new mini quilt for myself but now I have a new one to enjoy! 

The pattern for this little mini quilt is found in the new book by Bev McCullough called Make It Mini. The book has 13 patterns and each one includes a bit of embroidery as a part of the project.

Modern Beads Quilt Pattern

 Today I get to share a new pattern with you. I've been waiting a while to spill the beans on this one! This is Modern Beads - a fun little quilt that can be found in a new book available through Annie's.

The book is called Small Blocks, Big Designs. It includes 11 patterns from a variety of designers, and all of the projects feature 6" blocks.

Star Trails Quilt in Nantucket Summer Fabrics

I'm trying to get caught up on sharing more of my finished quilts, and I figured it's about time I shared a little more about the cover quilt for the Star Trails quilt pattern. 

I've shared a pink scrappy version here, and a red white & blue version here if you'd like to see them- but THIS is the one that completely stole my heart and gets to be the cover model for the pattern.
