This quilt came from a Turnover pack of Mary Engelbreit’s Basket of Flowers line. (I hear Moda is no longer going to make turnovers – is that true?)
I don’t usually work with pre-cuts, and these turnovers were a first for me. I paired each triangle up with some Kona Snow and I love how the bright colors play off of the solid white. So fresh looking – I love it!

For the binding I really, really had my heart set on the red checked fabric from this line, but I couldn’t track it down. The blue was my second choice though, and I think it works great. It’s probably a little less in-your-face than the red would have been.
