APOWA

I just joined a virtual quilting bee, called A Piece of Work (APOWA)



and August was our first month. Here's the fabrics I received from Kaylynne:



Her instructions were to create one 12x12 block in the wonky log cabin pattern (or our interpretation of it.) Her two examples were this and this.

Here's the block I created for her:



(I added some greens from my own stash) I have to say that I was a little timid to create a block for someone else. Once I started though, it was fine. The worst part was cutting into the first little piece of fabric! I can't wait to see what September will bring!
