I love your ideas though and I think I'll do it!Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01909149683919572585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5751325190781065989.post-16422794411280974892015-07-24T21:29:02.430-06:002015-07-24T21:29:02.430-06:00have you quilted this yet???
what about carryin...have you quilted this yet???

what about carrying the cornerstone "X's" into the large open squares in the quilt. . . . . Using your favorite quilt marking utensil. . . draw a line from one sawtooth star point to another, diagonally, . . . cornerstone to cornerstone. . . that would be 4 lines in each open square.

Then you could treat the large diagonal lines as a seperate sashing throughout the quilt, and do some sort of curly Q or something. . . . and then in the triangles that remain, you could put a small half-feather. That would add a whole other dimension to this ;c)

OOOO I want to quilt this!!!!! ;c) Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02839013868513125880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5751325190781065989.post-12800869402357467162015-03-23T18:24:04.608-06:002015-03-23T18:24:04.608-06:00That is a beautiful quilt. But most likely white thread would be the acceptable.Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05620225913461055967noreply@blogger.com
